Scholastic Professional Development Project
- Owned the full strategic analysis and functional specification effort to define product relation to corporate business model.
- Worked as central party between corporate IT and consulting group in application of requirements to architectural design.
- Served as project management and client relationship lead throughout project implementation that included a new build using ATG Dynamo, Iplanet Webserver, Oracle, and Solaris.
Forbes.com 4.0 Rearchitecture Project
- Served as lead of an accelerated, cross department business requirements analysis effort.
- Co-lead translation of requirements into high level, and subsequently detailed level architecture design.
- Served as project management lead throughout entire architecture implementation, which included migration from an IIS and SQL Server architecture to a newly designed architecture using ATG Dynamo, Apache, Interwoven's TeamSite, TIBCO quote feeds, Oracle, and Solaris.

- Served as lead manager for development effort which involved 8 application developers, 3 database administrators and a 4 person system administration team.
- Managed all workplanning activity for development effort which included 3 main focus areas:

- Back End Order Fulfillment System - Perl/Oracle on Solaris
