Responsible for Pathfinder's financial quote infrastructure, which include S&P Comstock feeds, Gari Software quote parser, custom built caching applications, and web interface systems for Money, Fortune, and Your Company websites.

Team Leader for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Wisconsin's Managed Care and Financial customers. Worked directly with customers and employees from initial analysis and design phases through production implementation of systems including Broker commission calculation and payment, HMO payments processing, and Employee payroll and retirement savings systems.
Account Manager for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Northern Ohio. Responsible for onsite employee development and HR, project management, and new business development. Special focus on training and implementation of EDS's “Systems Life Cycle” project management methodology, and centralized project coordination with 24 other Blue Cross Blue Shield plans across the United States.

Business Technology Specialist

Coordinated implementation of a new business venture that integrated 6 Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans onto a national health insurance system. Responsibilities were for enrollment, claim payment, and fraud protection systems.
Specialized in Project Management and Managed Care.
Managed all EDS projects for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, covering an annual budget of approximately 4 million.
Developed and coded numerous applications for customers covering financial analysis and fraud protection.
